Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Guizio pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging, ensuring all original designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
